1. Agreement

By accessing or using Umva Host’s services, including VPS, shared web hosting, and domain registration, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users, whether individuals or businesses, and cover all interactions with our platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using our services to avoid any breach of this agreement.

2. Service Use

Umva Host provides services for lawful purposes only, including hosting websites, applications, and managing domains. You are responsible for securing your account with strong passwords and protecting your login credentials. All activities conducted through your account must comply with local, national, and international laws. We reserve the right to monitor usage to ensure compliance and may request verification if suspicious activity is detected.

3. Prohibited Actions

You are prohibited from using our services for illegal or harmful activities, including but not limited to sending unsolicited emails (spam), hosting malicious software, engaging in phishing, or attempting unauthorized access to systems. Additionally, you may not host content that violates intellectual property rights, promotes violence, or is deemed offensive. Violation of these rules may lead to immediate suspension of your services without prior notice.

4. Payments

Our services are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually) based on your selected plan. You must provide valid payment information and ensure timely payments to maintain active services. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination after a 7-day grace period but for VPS or VDS no grace period. Refunds may be considered within 7 days of purchase for shared hosting, but VPS and domain services are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.

5. Referral Bonus

Umva Host offers a 30% referral bonus for each shared hosting plan renewal by users you refer. To participate, share your unique referral link provided in your account dashboard. Bonuses are credited to your account within 7 days of a referred user’s renewal. Misuse, such as creating fake accounts or spamming referral links, will result in forfeiture of bonuses and potential account termination. This program applies only to shared hosting plans.

6. Account Closure

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, including non-payment, prohibited activities, or abuse of resources. You will be notified via email prior to suspension, except in cases of severe violations requiring immediate action. You may request account closure by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, you are responsible for retrieving your data, as we do not guarantee data retention post-termination.

7. Data Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your website, application, or other data hosted on our services. Umva Host performs periodic server backups for internal recovery purposes, but these are not guaranteed and may not be available for user restoration. We strongly recommend using external backup solutions to protect against data loss due to hardware failure, user error, or other unforeseen events.

8. Liability

Umva Host is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including loss of profits or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services and are not responsible for third-party actions affecting your service usage.

9. Terms Updates

We may revise these Terms of Service to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or operational policies. Updates will be communicated via email to registered users or posted on our website at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with updates, you may terminate your account.
